Absolutely not! We wouldn’t want pushy sales people coming to our house so we would never do that to you.We will set up an appointment as soon as we get a request for cleaning to come out the same day to give an estimate so there’s no misunderstanding.

Yes! We do not pick up your stuff and then clean. Here are some simple steps to follow prior to us arriving.

Make your home accessible. A key that is accessible to the cleaning person(s) is usually the best method. A fee will be charged if we are unable to access your home.

Turn off alarm system. If you choose to leave the alarm on and have the service disarm, we will not be held responsible for false alarms or misuse of the alarm system.

Have your home picked up and ready to be cleaned to avoid additional charges.

Have your valuables put away to avoid accidents. Limited liability protection for valuable antiques or non-replaceable items.

We might have more than one cleaner sent to your home, which is depending on the size of home and amount of work that is required. If you’re on a recurring schedule, we’ll do our best to match you with the same person going forward.

Absolutely. The cleaners go through a screening process that includes a police background check, reference checks and in-person interviews. We also require significant experience in residential house cleaning to work with us.
